Who We Are

Galilee is a family of believers in Christ who come from many diverse backgrounds, but share the single greatest need in life: to know Christ as Savior and Lord. We exist to share the love of Christ with all who would receive it, and to help each other discover and fulfill God's wonderful purposes for our lives. As you browse this website you will see that we desire to provide programs for all ages and ministries for all needs. What We Believe

Galilee Baptist Church is a conservative Southern Baptist Church that proudly proclaims our belief in the Bible as the inspired, inerrant Word of God. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, the Tennessee Baptist Convention and the Knox County Association of Baptists. Galilee supports the beliefs set forth in the Baptist Faith and Message adopted in the year 2000 at the Annual Meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention in Orlando, FL.
